      Flex Schedule:
    • As a commitment to work-life balance, in situations that meet your individual needs and our firm needs, we will accommodate a flexible schedule.
      Summer Fridays:
    • The policy period runs from the Friday before Memorial Day through the last Friday in July. Eligible employees can enjoy Fridays off during this period.
      Personal Time Off (PTO):
    • Regular Full-Time and Regular Part-Time employees enjoy PTO on a sliding scale based upon years of service. This also includes Unlimited PTO.
      Annual Holidays:
    • 8 annual holidays are enjoyed by all.
      Medical Plan:
    • Our firm pays 100% of the health insurance premium for our employees. Spouse and dependent coverage is available. Dental and Vision coverages are available.

    • Rushton offers financial assistance for those undergoing review courses for the CPA examination.
      Time off for CPA Exam:
    • Rushton allows up four personal days off per year to sit for the CPA examination.

    • Our firm pays all applicable professional fees, licensure and continuing education cost associated with your employment.
      401k Retirement Plan:
    • You may defer a portion of your salary on a pre- tax basis up to IRS limitations. Rushton will match up to 4% of your annual contribution.

    • The profit-sharing policy at Rushton is part of the 401(k) Profit Sharing Pension Plan. Eligible employees can participate in this program, which is designed to provide retirement benefits.
